1970 Volkswagen Kombi Bus

Take your family or friends to the beach in this cool Classic transporter! A lot of love and money went into the restoration of this vintage bus including a quality repaint finished in two tone Turquoise and White with custom pin-striping, new weather-stripping, painted bumpers and a nice set of 15 inch Chrome wheels with hubcaps as well as some newer radial tires. The interior is color matched in a durable Vinyl material for easy cleaning and has new rubber mats, sound deadening material throughout, Baltic Birch wood door panels and headliner, custom Sony AM/FM CD Stereo system with rear roof mounted speaker enclosure, magnetic curtains for privacy and seat belts for the whole gang. Power comes from a rebuilt and detailed 1915cc engine with dual carburetors, 4 speed manual gearbox, upgraded front disc brakes and some new suspension components for a smooth ride. This Bus is not a Brazilian model but the more desirable version built in Germany. All early VW’s appear to be climbing in value so probably not a bad investment that you can drive and enjoy! SOLD
