1970 Volkswagen Bus Westfalia

1970 Volkswagen Westfalia (Early Bay) Bus

This is a “rolling” project bus that has been stripped down and is in the process of restoration. The engine (approximately 63K original miles) has been removed as a unit and has never been disassembled. The impossible to find original VW windscreen “bulge” panel has already been welded into place so the nose is rust free; the LF wheel arch assembly has been tack welded into place and the bus comes complete with new sheet metal parts to rectify the remaining rust issues. The bus is straight and essentially solid with good chassis, sills and tube and has brand new alloy wheels and tires all around. It is also complete, including all fittings and glass, including the camper pop top, bunks and all cabinetry fittings / sink / cool box, etc. The sole exception is the LR flat window glass and pop top canvas. $2,250.00 or best offer.
