Ground up restoration with log book detailing every item replaced or restored. Every rubber seal grommet and bushing has been replaced. Body has been completely stripped and repainted with a showroom finish. The suspension has been replaced ,upgraded and lowered 4 wheel disc brakes. Engine has been replaced with a brand new SCAT 1600 coupled to the original rebuilt trans which has been upgraded with a B&M shifter. Interior has been tastefully restored with digital gauges sports steering wheel, wicker storage shelf and nicely finished with black door trims and roof lining. Period Porcha rims and hub caps add to the sporty look of this classic bug. All serious buyers are welcome to come inspect the car and look over the build logbook with all offers taken into consideration upon inspection of the car. This car has been rebuilt and driven to one car show and since completion has a max of approximately 150 miles on it. Since completion has been stored in our workshop with several other cars in our collection and now is the time to let it go to the right person who appreciates the vw brand and quality workmanship.
