I have owned this unmodified Mk1A since 2000.The car still has it's original soft top which is still quite presentable. The car has recently been gone through to make it a solid driving car. Calipers & booster refurbished by White Post.The rest of braking system is new. Stainless steel exhaust sounds great. X-frame replaced. Solid floors.Hardtop has new plexi-glass,paint and headliner.New bearings and oil pump,distributor,timing chain set,clutch & master cylinder,spark plugs & wires.Radiator recored. This car is a nice mix of patina & new mechanical parts.
