1991 Rover Sterling 827SL. Honda 2.7 V6, 4 speed Automatic transmission, 70k miles. Must sell, need to sell to make room for another family vehicle. $2,000 or best offer. (new price lowered $500)
This car is essentially the same as the Honda/Acura Legend. It is assembled in England by Austin Rover using Acura/Honda engine and drive train with Rover electrics and bodywork. It has excellent visibility and ergonomics. ABS, great steering and handles excellent. Clean interior. Power front seats are full English leather and a little worn - extremely comfortable. Rear seats are also leather but in perfect condition. Cruise control. A/C (needs freon charge), auto climate control, electric windows and sunroof - all in good working order. Good tires (75% tread remaining on all four) with original factory alloys. Aftermarket stereo. It has the original dark gray paint and body is rust-free with normal wear/tear.

This is my daily commuter car and it averages 25+ mpg and is reliable. These cars are somewhat rare - there are about 1,000 Rover Sterlings in the United States. They were imported to the US between 1987 and 1991. Mechanical/service parts are available from Honda/Acura or through Sterlingfixer.com. Here’s your chance to own a daily driver collector’s car. This car would also make a great tuner or street racer for the autocross enthusiast.
