The A310 was unveiled in 1971 at the Geneva Motor Show as a replacement for the A110. Compared to the latter, however, the A310 also wanted to be a reminder of the GT4, a 2 2 seater coupe produced until the end of the sixties and with which the A310 shared the frame. Also with this model the French tried to offer a product that was a direct competitor of the most noble Porsche 911.
Characterized by angular shapes, perfectly in line with the tastes of the time, by a 1605cc 4-cylinder engine capable of delivering 125 hp at 6000 rev / min and reach 210 km / m, the A 310 was produced until 1984, even if from 1976 it was adopted a V6 2664cc engine 150hp and subsequently, from 1982, from a 2849 cc V6 193CV. In total the Dieppe factory produced 11616 units.
The car that we present is a VF A310 1605cc electronic fuel injection (which was adopted in 1973) from 138cv produced in 1976 in just 329 copies. The car was fully restored by a team of experts both internal and external to the Super Motors Garage (MB workshop specializing in Alpine, for the engine), specializing in sports and extremely rare car restorations like this. The interior has been redone and the number matching are all ok; the engine fully carried forward.
Every detail has been taken care of with meticulousness and passion in order to make this wonderful car the honors it deserves.
All restoration is documented by photographs and invoices. Also we can send it across Europe.
