Red 1986 944 looking for new home & a little TLC
I'm looking for a new home for my 944. I got this 944 aprox. 6yrs ago, has been a fun car to own & drive, but now is time to move on.
This 944 is in very nice condition and needs just a little TLC. The details are as follows: This is a non turbo model with all options,
Guards red, with phone dial wheels (have been painted matte black with polished lip) 2.5L inline 4cyl, 5 speed manual trans, leather bolstered seats
w/ "Porsche" embroidered cloth centers, sony am/fm/cd stereo w/aux (no factory radio when I purchased car), venting & removable roof panel, working A/C (converted to R134a), factory
security system, aftermarket keyless entry.
The air filter box has been changed to custom carbon fiber intake w/washable filter, and muffler changed to dual canister carbon fiber muffler (factory intake & muffler will be included with car)
Mass air sensor & distributor are new (installed couple yrs ago) I have many extra parts that are included with car: Valve cover w/ internals & distributor mount, Top ½ engine block w/ internals, Fuel rail, Injectors, Mass air sensor, Power steering pump, Cruise control motor, Throttle body, Factory muffler, & Factory Intake box.
The overall condition of this 944 is very nice! Of course it does need a little TLC. It hasn’t been on the road in a while, but garage kept, could prob use a tune up, and needs new tires. There is a minor dent in the passenger front fender, and some clear coat spots on roof flaking, but those are minor flaws for someone whose been looking for a 944. $4300 for car & everything listed.
