We are pleased to introduce, on behalf of one of our clients, this highly original Porsche 911E Coupe to the market.
Finished in its original color of Burgundy (6808) over black interior, this is a truly stunning example of a classic long hood 911 Coupe.
The 1969 Porsche 911 is the last of the 2.0l engined cars and the first with the longer wheel base for more high speed stability.
With its mechanical fuel injected engine, the E (for Einspritzer/fuel injection) is regarded by many as the perfect driving machine, more useable than an S and still more powerful than the T.
This car is one of the best early 911 examples we have seen in a long time and truly collector quality. The car still carries most of its original factory applied paint and the body is completely dent-free with perfect factory gaps and shut lines.
The interior as well is all original with the exception of period correct sports seats, the last owner added.
Mechanically, the car is brilliant. The engine and transmission have been completely rebuilt with less than 300 miles on them. Suspension is tight and recently corner balanced with Fuchs 7x15R wheels (original date coded rims are also available) and brand new Michelin tires. The brake system including master cylinder, calipers and lines is also rebuilt.
This is a 4 owner car. No rust, fully numbers matching, complete ownership history and mostly original paint.
Early 911s in great condition are always a precious find, this one is amazing! They do not come nicer! Only 89600 original miles from new!
Please study all the photos closely to evaluate the condition of this car!
