You are looking at a absolutely beautiful 1966 Pontiac G.T.O 2Drht. This car is Barrier Blue with a blue interior.(Original colors). It has it's original Motor, and trans. P.S. and P.B. Mechanics are Excellent. All rebuilt with very few miles since. Runs and drives like new. VERY TIGHT !!I took this car in trade on my 1970 G.T.O. Judge many years ago. I have only driven this car about 3 or 4 times. That is the reason I am selling it. I dont have the time to enjoy it and don't have the room to store it anymore either. So my baby is up for sale. This car was bought new at Gruber pontiac in Ohio. It went to Kentucky and Tennessee, before being sold to a guy in Illinois for a short time.. I took it in trade for my G.T.O Judge plus cash by a older white haired gentleman in his late 70's. I Simply took it in trade because it is a real head turner. A beautiful car to say the least. And a pleasure to drive. All original with full documentation including PHS documentation. Original bill of sale, window sticker, build sheet, and all original literature and factory books. When I got the car it had 37,000 miles on the odometer. About 5 months later and only the second time driving it the speedometer cable twisted up inside of the odometer head. I think it was dry. I tried to get it repaired but came up short. I ended up buying a used speedometer off ebay and replaced it with that one. Works fine. The only problem is this speedometer shows 91,000 when in fact the car actually has 37,000 miles on it. ( I thought this was a important fact.) I got the car as you see it. A combination of original and restored. It is all correct and mostly original (Not Restored) to my knowledge. Very straight body. Show quality paint all around. The bumpers and stainless are mostly original. The bumpers should be rechromed. A little scratched up when about a foot away, Hard to see even up close but there all the same if you look very close. Other than that car is outstanding. Numbers matching and still has the original battery cables and a few original markings and tags underneath. I would say this car on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best out there is about a 8. Between a super nice local car show and a total show car. This car is probally as nice as you would go and still drive it on the street. I tried to describe this car as honestly as possible. I'll let the pictures do the talking. I would strongly suggest that you come and look at this car in person. That way you will know exactly what you are buying. I am sure I forgot many things so for that reason please email me wth any questions or call me direct for a quicker response. I will show this car with minimal notice. P.S. I have a complete Factory Tri-power that came with the car. I was going to put it on but decided to keep it completely stock. I would sell this with the car if the buyer would want to buy that seperately.SOLD
