1962 Pontiac Catalina 

Please check out this STUNNER of a collectible '62 Catalina Convertible.
Owner is a widow selling her Pontiac enthusiast husband's car with my help to list it.
Vehicle is solid, rust-free, restored to a #2 standard. This is no trailer queen and is driven and enjoyed, but one wouldn't know it for all of it's qualities.
EXTERIOR: Belmar Red Metallic in near perfect condition if such a quality exists. Panels are straight, rust-free and have no collision damage. All bright work and stainless is intact and in exceptional condition considering the age of this car----rare enough in itself.
Top is like new with no damage and works as it should.
Glass is free of defect and looks excellent.
Equipped with 8-lug wheels and like-new tires.
No parts are missing.

INTERIOR: Beautiful-tri-color red metallic in near perfect condition. At some point a Ventura tri-color bench seat replaced the buckets historically by previous owner. No rips, tears, or unusual bolster wear. Carpet is original and free of heel-pad wear. Pontiac Floor Mats are Present. Trunk bay has original trunk mat & jack and spare. As photos depict, it is near perfect. Even the underside of the decklid is like new.

MECHANICAL: Built 389 (348hp) V8 with Tri-Power Setup. Runs as it should with no surprises. Built Hydramatic (automatic) transmission. Power Brakes. Transmission shifts smoothly thu all detents. No leaks, unusual sounds or odors. Power Steering. Power Brakes. AM radio.

Having been around Pontiacs for some time, this is among the best I've seen in years. Please pass this along to anyone who may value this for its qualities. It will be listed in National Publications on Monday and elsewhere. Get it while you can. True investment opp located in IL.
