This was a barn find that we purchased a couple of years ago. We have just taken on a customer job to build a different car so this one needs to go to make some extra room. We purchased this because it is all steel with all of the body and frame components in excellent restorable condition. You will see in the photos that all of the original metal is included: 4 fenders, doors, trunk, radiator shroud, light buckets, a hood, an extra hood and the trim for the hood. The engine is a 307ci V8 from 68 – 73 Chevy (Casting 3914638) and will need to be rebuilt if you plan on using it. The starter, an alternator and the heads are all attached to the block. In the trunk you will find an intake, carb and radiator. It has a 2 speed powerglide and a 10 bolt rear end both of which will also need rebuilding. It has a clean IL title showing that the previous owner purchased this car in 1982. With a little vision you can turn this into something special just like Chip Foose’s 1937 Plymouth named “Impression” photographed below! All in all this is a great start for anybody looking to build a steel, Rat Rod, Street Rod or Hot Rod. For more pictures and a video of the engine running, visit our website at www.hotrodschoppers.com!
