1959 Plymouth Belvedere 

Interesting and rare old Mopar Forwardlook convertible.
1959 Plymouth Belvedere convertible, an old custom car!
I don't know anything about the history of the car except that is was customized many moons ago.
The car is a real convertible, not a cut up hard top. The top frame rack is missing, the back seat has no seat cover but except for that and the shaved side trim it is a pretty much complete car.

The engine, 318 V8 turns over and we'll start it up if we have time to do that. We put a little fluid in the master cylinder and the car now has brakes.
It would not take much to turn the Plymouth into a driver.

All convertible parts are in excellent condition and if you are so inclined they could be used to turn a 1957-59 Dodge or Plymouth Coupe into a convertible!
I know of at least one 1959 Plymouth that was used to turn a 1959 Dodge 2drht into a 1959 Dodge convertible.
