This 1972 Plymouth Barracuda 340 was purchased in Monument Valley Arizona. It is a dessert car and is dry as a bone with mostly surface rust. The body is very straight with very few dents. The only damage is seen in the picture on the rear right fender. This car has the original paint with original white racing stripe. The motor is the original 340 V8 High Performance with 4 barrel carter carb. It runs and drives great and handles awesome. The motor is strong and runs smooth. It has factory disc brakes on the front and stops really well. The floor and trunk pans are very solid with only surface rust. The pictures don't show how well the car drives but you do see what the car needs if you desire to restore it. Interior-needs carpet, headliner, seat covers, package tray etc. Exterior- needs a nice paint job or you could flat clear the original paint for an old original car look which many people like today. This 340 Barracuda is rare and for it's condition it is well worth the price. Most Plymouth Barracudas have their body work hidden behind a coat of paint and then you end up spending thousands to do the body work but this Barracuda has nothing to hide it is original paint and has never had anything hidden. It would not take much to get it to show car condition if desired.
