The Harley-Davidson Street Glide is a street wise bagger ready to roar with attitude. The innovative Harley-Davidson Touring chassis is based on a single-spar, rigid backbone frame and a stout swing arm developed to withstand the demands of long haul touring riders and today's powerful engines. This particular example is a one owner bike that was sent to Burkhart Kustom Cycles for customization in the summer of 2012 when the bike had just over 500 miles. The first thing was to rake the chrome extended front end with a Kewl Metal rake kit for the gorgeous Metalsport 26 Chrome Roxy front rim with wrap around Thicky steel fender. It also received a new rear end from the Fairing Factory with extended bags, a Bad Dad stretched rear fender and a license plate frame with an integrated LED brake light, running lights and blinkers. The intake was upgraded with a spiked performance intake, it has a Power Commander V and it sounds just awesome ripping through its Rinehart Racing 4 true dual exhaust system. The factory stereo was upgraded with a Sony DSX MS60 with integrated thumb controls, it has a 300 watt 4 channel Rockford Fosgate Punch amp, Rockford Fosgate Punch 6.5 speakers in the fairing and Kicker 6X9 components in the lids with chrome grills. You will also notice Arlen Ness floor boards, custom latches for the saddle bags, chrome axle covers, highway pegs, a raked headlight bucket and a Klock Werks smoked 12 windshield. All said and done close to $20,000 was spent to customize this beauty and it has been ridden less than 3,000 miles since.
