In celebration of Harley-Davidson's 95th anniversary, the company released special editions of its motorcycles with a maroon and gold paint scheme along with special 95th-anniversary emblems. Not all 1998 models received the anniversary package as the 95th package was a factory option. Combining classic styling with standard saddlebags and detachable windshield, the Road King's power initially came from the 80 cubic inch Evo V-twin. The Classic was upgraded with hard bags covered in leather, whitewall tires, distinct badging, slanted exhaust tips fuel injection. This particular example is a 2 owner beauty that has been pampered since day one and is # 562 of 3500 that were made. The second owner purchased it with 18,510 miles in 2001 and it currently has 31,745 miles. It has been serviced within the last 500 miles at which time it received a new battery and new white wall tires that really look great on this bike.
