The FLHRC Road King Classic is pure nostalgia with its large Hiawatha headlight, chrome nacelle, laced wheels, wide-whitewall tires, tooled leather seat and hard-shell saddlebags. Other touring features include auxiliary passing lights and cruise control. Significant upgrades were made for the 2008 models which includes a high-performance Brembo triple-disc brake system with ABS, a larger 6 gallon fuel tank, a fuel range indicator, electronic throttle control, a new handlebar design and an Isolated Drive System which improves ride quality under acceleration, shifting and cruising while reducing engine noise and vibration. Other notable features include the rubber mounted black powder-coated 96” Twin Cam engine with chrome treatment, a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, a large tank mounted speedometer and chrome emblems for the tank and fenders as well as slash-cut mufflers. This particular example was finished in Vivid Black and is adorned with special badging and the Smart security system. It has been nicely upgraded with matching driver and passenger backrests, a matching tool pouch for the windshield, highway pegs, a luggage rack, a stage I air filter and it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its Screamin’ Eagle performance exhaust. It has been serviced regularly and was just serviced 42 miles ago. The tires and brakes were changed 5,000 miles ago and are in great shape. Everything works as it should and she is in need of nothing but a new home. If you like what you see we urge you to contact us before it is too late! SOLD
