Introduced in 1995 the Bad Boy was based on Harley Davidson’s Softail Springer but was upgraded with a few select black items which included the seat studs, fork tubes, instrument panel and oil tank. The look was retro but the technology was state of the art with its 80” Evo V-Twin engine, 21” front rim and drilled disc brake rotors. Only offered in Vivid Black with graphics in 1 of 3 colors for three years which was from 1995-1997, this is one of 1,747 1995’s that was produced with red graphics. This particular example is a 1 family (2 owner) bike that was treated like part of the family since day one. The original owner rode it regularly until she passed 12 years ago at which time it was left to her son who was only responsible for a small fraction of the current miles on the bike. It is equipped with optional saddle bags, backrest and tank pouch that were only available for this model from the dealer when it was sold new. Since we acquired it we have gone through the bike from top to bottom which included rebuilding the carb, rebuilding both master cylinders as well as installing a new clutch, new brake pads, a new battery, new tires and completely servicing it. We also had the original rear rim re-chromed, which looks incredible with its seductive slots. This bike is completely original except for the lights, which were all converted to LED’s using a Badlands load equalizer that greatly enhances your ability to see and be seen. We saved all of the original blinkers and bulbs should someone want to convert them back. The paint is also completely original and shows incredibly well, especially considering its age. It is perfectly tuned allowing it to purr like a kitten at idle as well as to accelerate without hesitation and it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its original staggered exhaust. This is a true collector piece that will only increase in value as time passes! SOLD
