1970 Opel GT

1970 Opel GT 2.2 L Fuel Injected.
Bought from the Original owner in 1972. This is a California car, no rust.
Custom Built by Gil Wesson.

This GT was used in 2007 to help launch the new Opel GT in Palm Springs. It comes with all the authentication for that event and was autographed by builders and designers. The car has signatures from the original designers: Erhard Schnell, Murad Nasr, and Chuck Jordan. Chris Pinn is the engineer that married the GT body to the Kadett platform. He was the head of Opel engineering when the new GT was designed.

There are about 500 miles on a completely rebuilt 2.2 liter, fuel injected engine and 75K-100K Miles on the car. Most of the car parts have been replaced from the springs up

Repainted July 10, 2013.
New rear wheel brakes and drums (June 2012).
All new fuel injection hoses (2012).
All new ignition system.
