a) The vehicle is a 1967 NSU Wankel Spider, white exterior, red vinyl and mesh interior, black convertible top, with original engine
b) The vehicle has been driven for 3,909 miles
c) The car was originally purchased in Kansas (USA) and was stored there from 1968 to 1992 when it was shipped to California. It was driven 9 miles in California and has been stored here since
d) The vehicle has not been in an accident
e) The engine, brakes, and electrical system are in operating condition, which means that the vehicle is drivable and has been driven in 1992
f) The exterior is free from dents but suffers from about five paint chips less than the size of an eraser. The front and rear emblems are present (rear panel, to, diver’s side)
g) The interior is in fine condition and is free from stains, rips, tears and cracks
h) The rear window “glass” is faded
i) The owners manual and repair manuals and some other documents or records are included in the sale
j) All tools and accessories currently with the vehicle that were issued with it are included in the sale
Any defects in the vehicle not listed in this agreement are of less consequence than those defects listed above
