1972 Morris Mini 

This 1972 Morris mini 1000 was acquired in 2013 and has just 3370 additional miles since then or approximately 480 miles per year average for car shows and local Cars & Coffee meets.

It is right-hand-drive with a1275 cc engine and a four-speed manual gear box.

The car is finished in red with a Union Jack flag on the roof.
The dashboard is Olde-English white, which was probably the original color.

Added chrome bits and stainless-steel wheel arches show nicely.

Upgrades by the previous owner include a Cooper “S” front disc brake kit, alloy rear brake drums, coil springs, adjustable gas shocks, an adjustable camber and caster control system, sway bars, front and rear 10” Mamba wheels and a tachometer.

The interior has newer Innocenti black and gray seats.

Since purchased, I have added a new muffler system, replaced the left and right window glass and rubber, left and right door rubber seals, rear window glass rubber, replaced all tires with Falken 165/70 – 10’s, replaced door and boot locks and many other smaller items.

The rear window was replaced with a newer heated rear glass unit but not electrically connected.

Two of the four front road lamps don’t light – a loose wire? I have has never used them.

I added a Wolo BIG BAD MAX air horn - 123.5 db! Nice and loud.

The car has a new battery and a car cover is included. It has always been garaged.
The car has never been in the rain since I've owned it.
