Classic MG-TF 1250ci. Last year of the T series MG. This model is fairly rare. Only about 16,000 TF's were made in 54 and 55. This car went through a DIY restoration about 30 years ago and it shows its' age a bit. Overall, the car is a good looker, but up close you can see paint imperfections. Interior is in pretty good shape with decent carpet and seats are in tact, with no tears, but some fading and wear. Chrome all is original and shows some fading and very minor pitting but overall ok. This is no show car, but I like the way it looks. Ironically, the age of the restoration now kind of gives the car an 'original' look which people seem to love. Starts right up and runs and drives quite well. Most of the lights, gauges and switches work as they should (which is saying something for these old cars and their Lucas electrics.) Mileage is unknown as the odometer hasn't worked in years according to PO. I purchased it about 3 years ago and since have just changed the battery, did some minor repairs and cleaned up the dash and some of the switches and wiring. Comes with a convertible top that is rough and has some rodent holes in it, but it is all there including side curtains. Definitely a fun car to drive and it gets a lot of comments. Could be enjoyed 'as is' or would be an excellent starting point for a more thorough restoration.SOLD
