Just about everybody agrees that all years of the XKE's are some of the most beautifully designed cars ever built.

This 1970 Jaguar XKE is a one family owned car from new. See vintage photo with the original owner who purchased this car brand new and would only drive it in fair weather and never in bad weather. Yes this roadster only has 17,228 original miles. When was the last time you saw an XKE roadster with such low mileage. Not only super, super low mileage but the extremely rare original factory hardtop when the car was purchased new.

In addition to the low 17,228 miles is believed to be original paint and has original interior. The soft top was replaced in 1982. The car runs out as it should.

It should be noted that the windshield in the upper right hand corner of the passenger side has some minor delamination. The trunk lid latch needs adjustment and occasionally can pop open. The directions work on and off.

To top all this off we love the color and it is a real plus to get the optional factory hard top that came with the car when purchased new. If that is not enough…the car comes with the original purchase order showing that the car's purchase price was $6,329.00.
