This is a very rare car, it might be the only one in the United States.
Great car for restoration, or parts (which would be a pity)

The car is complete.
It is not running and there is a problem with the brakes.
The body and paint are mostly in fair condition, there is some minor rust.
Interior upholstery and fixtures are fair to good.
