Boy are these neat cars getting hard to find. Please look these photos over, and go to our website: www.motionoldcars.com to see even more photos. We do not hide anything, and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. This 1955 Ford Victoria 2 door hardtop is an original car (except for the 1956 rear tail light assemblies). Has the popular 292 V8 engine, with an automatic transmission. The engine is complete right down to the original air cleaner. This car also has factory power brakes. When we got this car the engine was stuck. But after a week of working on it we got it running, and it actually started to sound pretty good. This car is not a running and driving car, and will need to be restored, as it has been parked for over 25 years. We did not try the transmission, and of course the brake system will need to be rebuilt. The interior is complete with a nice stock dash. The seats are intact, door and window handles, and yes the interior will need to be redone.
About half the windows are cracked, and half are still in good condition. The front clip is pretty nice. There is some minor rust out in the bottom of the front fenders, but the rust is not bad. The passengers door is in good condition, the drivers door has some damage as you can see in the photos. The rear quarter panels, roof, trunk lid are all OK with only minor dents. There is only minor rust out in the trunk floor. The floor boards are rust and will need about half of the floor replaced. The drive shaft tunnel is good, but the floor pans will need to be replaced. We did find some companies online that sell these floor pans. One company we found is www.surplussupplyco.com and is located in Akron OH. The rear quarter panel stainless trim is missing. This car will come with different wheels and tires, and you will get the Ford hub caps. We have priced this great project car at ONLY $3,995 and YES YOU WILL GET A CLEAR TITLE TOO.
