1932 frame & 1932 grille “married” to a 1929 steel body. Mileage is TMU. 1,478 miles are accurate AFTER the odometer was installed.
This car was built in the late 60’s by Tom Prufer. Gas tank, Headers and hood were done by Pete Ogden. 32 front axle by Okie Adams. The upholstery was done by Ken Faster in Sacramento, California. In addition, this 1932 Roadster has a Jaguar rear and a dropped and drilled “I”-beam axle completes the wheel support system. Under the hood resides a 302 V8 Ford engine complete with a set of chrome headers and braided stainless that transfers the fluids. The exterior shines with a deep black lacquer accented by bright red pin striping that was done free hand by Andy Southard Jr.
The car was featured in: Hot Rod Magazine - August 1971, Rodders Digest – Spring of 1982, Hot Rods & Custom of the 1970’s by Andy Southard Jr. It was also named one of top 25 Roadsters in the country at the 1982 Columbus Nationals. SOLD
