1986 Ford Mustang LX

152,046 miles.

The good:

Good motor.

Newer brakes.

Newer muffler

Near perfect interior.

New top.

New rear speakers.

Good tires.

The bad:

Oil leak in back of oil pan.

Transmission leak.

Idling censor is out. Removed it.

Compressor for a/c is out.

Recharged freon in 2012

A/C worked great so its cold when working!

Needs some cosmetic work on front end.

Light rust in areas.

Front driver seat is from the parts car.

Back seat belts do not retract. Have not tried to fix them but I do have some for replacing.

I bought this car in 1987. It had roughly 12,000 miles on it.

I did sell it to my niece who drove it for about 6 months and the starter went out. I took it back from her, fixed the starter and it sat for about 8-10 years.

I drove it in 2012 for the summer. And it has been sitting in my garage since.


Been a great car when it doesn't sit! I know this car! I hate to part with it but it's taking up space in my garage that I need for my parents stuff. Since they moved in with me. And my horse needs surgery so I am selling to help raise money!


The other is a parts car. It is located in Oak Grove, MO Will need to tow.
