This 1929 Ford Model A Wrecker was built in 2002 by the President of the International Towing and Recovery Museum George Connolly and his nephew Michael Connelly. It was a giveaway vehicle for the Towing and Recovery Professionals Show In 2003. The truck has been a show piece ever since it was built. I have a complete history of the Restoration that comes with the truck. Top to bottom nothing was left untouched. Only 64 miles have been put on the truck since its restoration and it is a perfect driver. The paint and body are both superb… All steel very nice chrome and glass. The engine, transmission and rear end were all rebuilt also. A Weber 2-bbl downdraft carb, 6 volt alternator, 4 Core radiator and a 6 Blade fan was added for reliability. The Weaver auto crane is in very nice condition also. I think you would be hard pressed to find a truck that is nicer than this one. All of the lettering is removable decals. I can help arrange shipping if needed. For more information call 219-310-4132. SOLD
