More info- Since it was new, there have been only two owners, my mother & dad who purchased the 1977 Ford Granada New for her, and myself.
The car has never been in an accident or had any damage to it. It has never had any major mechanical work done to the car except brakes, tune ups, oil changes and regular maintenance, she took good care of her car.
I had my son drive it here for me from my home in florida a while back (it had about 58,000 on it then), used it here around Robbinsvillle, NC and several short trips from here to Knoxville,Tn.
Did run, drive and steer OK. but right front brake caliper locked, and it seems to me to need a tune up or carb adjustment.
Right now it is parked out side my home here in Robbinsville, NC. I have own it free and clear for several years, with a clear title transfered to me from my mother who was the original owner. So it is registered and Titled in my name as owner, no loans or leins. I have the Florida Title here in my hands ready to give to the Buyer.
Florida sun caused the vinyl roof to crack and peel, so there is some rust on the roof, and it needs a new vinyl top.
She drove the car from new, until about age 93, when one day she just handed the keys to me and didn't drive it after, she went to be with the Lord two weeks before her 96th birthday.
Over the years, from time to time, I would drive it for my mom and was always amazed at the low mileage on the car.
The mileage is accurate and indicated on the odometer as 60,2xx miles.
I would like to see someone buy it and do the minor things it needs to restore it as a classic car.
