1967 Ford Fairlane 

1967 Ford Fairlane 2 Door Hardtop $23,900 OBO – Dunlap, TN

The 1966 and 1967 Fairlanes are probably the most desired and sought after Fairlanes of the 60’s. The 1966 and 1967 have the same body with only grille and tail light differences. The sleek fast back styling and stacked head lights give it a very appealing look and with gas prices constantly soaring, this is the Fairlane we have a lot of request for.

The car is beautifully restored and completely original with the exception of mufflers and wheels. The engine is a smooth, strong running 289 CI that makes it affordable to drive and enjoy as a cruiser, but has a throaty high performance sound coming through its dual exhaust. The transmission is a top loader four speed that looks as though it came that way due to the smooth steering column. The brakes are original drum brakes and stop well. Wheels are 5 spoke aluminum with spinners, 215/60/15 front and 225/60/15 tires on rear. Floor pans appear original and very solid.

Please pardon our lights and camera they are not producing the correct color of this car in the pictures. The paint color is Wimbledon white. It is tinted yellow in the pictures which is not correct. The actual color is much whiter. Paint is nice with good sheen and without scratches or chips. The vinyl roof is new looking without any bubbles underneath.

The interior, from carpet, seats, door panels, head liner, dash cover and including dash looks exceptional. The original AM radio is still in place and the tinted windows look to have been replaced new. All bright work is in good shape without dents or dings. The weather stripping appears new,
