NOTES:
This car was built to run the 1/4mi and destroy those little cars setting next to you on the line.
# My intention was to put a dual quad setup on it (which can even be bought turn key off eBay these days), but I simply haven't gotten to it. I could easily make the return on the investment, as this car is simply incomplete without it and I can't sell it for what it's worth.
# It has been sanded, re-primered, and painted red
# The duct work and much of the interior has been should be reinstalled to be functional again.
# Very little attention has been given to the interior. And what little it's received has mostly been to strip it down. Their is no heater core, fan, or ducting (though the kick panel vents work). The rear seat back needs re-upholstering & the head liner needs repair or replacement. The instrument panel has seen better days (though fully functional) and the carpet is definitely tired. For the track, I'd finish stripping it. For a leisurely cruise with the missus, it needs a little work. This is what separates this car from a $25,000 vehicle. ...that, or dual-quad. Seriously, bolt-on kits from E-Bay for $1500. The intake on it now is just a cast-iron job that happened to be available. This thing screams down the road-way, and it only has one lung! (and on a single-pumper!!)
I have so many other things demanding my attention at present, I simply don't know when I'll again have the pleasure of working on this beaut. Ya know how it goes, though, something not used deterioriates, and I'll not have such a gorgeous lady collect dust on my watch. Maybe I'll buy it back from you in 20 years, when I have time to wrench on cars again. ;)
