1960 Ford F-250 F250 Original NAPCO 4x4 4WD from Ford Factory
UNMODIFIED ORIGINAL
Exceedingly rare original '60 Ford Four-wheel-drive survivor pickup truck, heavy duty with 3/4-ton styleside bed payload. Extremely nice inside and outside, clean condition underneath, mechanically sound and continuously sorted, and runs and drives very well. Condition and appearance is in most respects as it left the factory in 1960. It can grace your garage and be taken to shows or be used daily driver. My family has been collecting NAPCOs for years and knows collectors and clubs, and people agree that this is the finest original patina NAPCO one would find. Most NAPCOs were quite well used and abused. Once in a while a vehicle presents itself in society that is an exceptionally well preserved example from the past which is just stunningly original. Especially when it comes to a Ford F-250 4x4 from way back then that would so often have been used typically on a farm or in government and had so many opportunities not to be kept original and/or to be less than babied; they are nearly impossible to find in this condition. It was been re-sprayed a number of years ago with very high quality glossy paint. NAPCO was the company that Ford Motor Company outsourced its four-wheel-drive platform from before the Ford Motor Company started experimenting by bringing to market their own in-house produced 4x4 system. And this NAPCO example has low miles. Never been in an accident. Well maintained, original with 292 c.i. Y-block v8 engine and manual 4 speed manual transmission and NAPCO Four-Wheel-Drive drivetrain. It runs so nicely it's a like sewing machine. I have an appraisal report which I would be glad to send to you if you message me.
