Clean block. Intake Weiand Dual plane, Comp cam 268H complete valve train comp cam. Carb AFB 625 cfm, K&N Air cleaner. Builder est. 400 hp Plus! Competition Cam Valve Train, Does not overheat. Heads, 194 in-take, straight plug, reworked, ported. Roller rocker arms, Valve push rod guides, Stem seals, Milled heads. Transmission is a TH 400 with a Complete rebuild.
The Car was acquired in 1995 as a “Barn Fine” in Spokane, Washington. It was completely home built by the current owner. CCR plan set modified to fit the Dodge body (touring car with back seat cut off). 9 inches longer than a 1923 Ford. Many “one off” design features not seen on other cars, but still old school look. Front disc brakes type IV Volkswagen, Rear brakes Ford drum rebuilt, front spindles 28 – 48 Ford. Kingpins Deluxe roller bearings. 3 position front shocks, Rear end, 2.80 ratio. (1700 RPM = 75MPH) Radiator rebuilt to a 4 core. Fuel tank spun aluminum 11 gallons.
E-brake Disc pinion mounted. Elect. Radiator fan w/ adj thermostat. Inst. Gauges, VDO Vision mounted in Moradello wood dash. Corvette 1 1/8 bore dual master cylinder, Rear Carrera coil over shocks 500lbs springs. King Bee headlights, Reversed Corvair steering box, Front tires 700 R 16 Coker 3 1⁄4 WW.
