I purchased this car over 24 years ago; I am the second owner. Car was built at what was then the new Los Angeles plant. Original owner passed away, and original license plates were gone when I purchased car (clean title, no salvage). Car was always garaged since new, no rust. This is a California car that is in VERY nice condition.
The GT series was the top of the line Dart model, and 1964 was Dodge's 50th anniversary (which gives this a great investment potential), to celebrate, Dodge modified the engine compartment to fit a V8, and also offered for the first time, a Power Disc brake option. Over the years I have invested over $30K (have receipts), 1992 stripped and painted body top to bottom, end to end. Car has Power Disc brakes (newer Power booster, master cylinder) new hose lines to wheel cylinders and new parking brake cables; Power Steering, New Power top, window and weather stripping (replaced 2015), factory bucket seats and center console with newer 904 (single cable) Torque Flite 3speed automatic transmission (rebuilt 2015 plus new transmission lines), factory optional sport steering wheel, optional factory dual mirrors, factory optional back-up lights, 14inch rally rims, newer tires including spare, front and rear 1 1/4
