1960 Dodge D100 shortbox pickup. I hate to use the word rare, but these are not easy to find. Shortbox fleetside with big rear window, V8 and pushbutton automatic. Maybe all '60 dodge pickups had the big window, not sure. It's cool though. The body is pretty nice for an unrestored '60 but the floorpan needs replaced. That is the worst of the rust. The bottom of the tailgate has rust as you can see in the pics on the outer skin. The front frenders have minor rust in the eyebrows. The drivers front fender has rust in the rear also that you can see. The box and frame have no rust. Inner fenders, hood, doors, etc. all look good. This came from high desert country. Old school vintage topper that has been on it since new I was told. I bought the truck from the son of the original owner. The engine runs but needs tuned up, carb rebuilt. It doesn't smoke, tick, or knock. Runs pretty smooth and doesn't miss. It is a 4-barrel 318. It sounds like someone may have put an rv cam in it. Pushbutton automatic works as it should. The truck runs and drives but is not a driver. Needs some work to be a driver. New master cylinder but brakes still need to be inspected/adjusted. Interior is in ok shape. I'd use it as-is for a driver but it will need a floormat/carpet at some point. The truck could be a daily driver with little work, or a great truck to restore. SOLD
