1970 Chrysler New Yorker 

Pros

Numbers matching 440, professionally rebuilt (30 over). Have receipt. Approximately 5,000 miles.
Numbers matching HD transmission rebuilt professionally. Have receipt. Approximately 5,000 miles. 9/23/09-New 2400 RPM torque converter and flex plate.
Edelbrock profaormance manifold
Numbers matching rear-end. Professionally serviced. Non-posi.
New tinted windshield. Have moldings but not installed.
Gas tank professionally cleaned and sealed. Lifetime warranty. New sending unit.
New trunk gasket. Not installed.
Complete front end rebuilt and alignment. New shocks.
New rear leaf springs with 1” arch added. New bushings. New coil shocks.
Almost new thin white wall tires. Came with car when I purchased. Original factory dog dish hubcaps in excellent condition.
Radiator professionally cleaned and recored.
New headers with complete new dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. Headers wrapped with heat wrapping.
All windows are electric. New gears on motors. Operate correctly.
New brakes, hardware and drums. Approximately 5,000 miles.
Body is straight. No accident damage. Exterior chrome is in very good condition. Paint is original.
Have factory build sheet and owners manual.
Trunk solid. No rust/rust through.
New A/C compressor, clutch, drier & expansion valve-9/4/09. A/C professionally recharged with current freon. Interior A/C controls professionally replaced. Heat and defrost work.
New heavy duty master cylinder. Brakes well.
New steering coupling “donut”.
Have “cat whiskers” for windows, but not installed.
Original radio. Works


Cons

Has rust through about the size of a softball in the driver’s lower front ¼ panel. Also, very small amount of surface rust and very small rust area behind driver’s rear tire.
But the doner car is same color and not rusted

Needs new vinyl top. Minor prep work before installation.
Original interior. Dash is not cracked but needs repainting/redying.
Cruise control not working. Haven’t investigated yet.
