With its orange and cream color scheme, this Chevy lives up to its nickname “Dreamsicle”. The restoration, completed in 2009, started with a ’31 Chevy frame which was boxed. It has a steel body, fiberglass front and rear fenders, and front and rear bumpers from a ’32 Ford. It is powered by a new 350 Chevy crate engine, Edelbrock 4 BBL carb, rebuilt 700 R-4 transmission, Lokav shifter, 8” Ford rear end, and custom dual exhaust with chrome tips. Options include power brakes (front disc), Equus gauges, Power Booster Overdrive Lockup and tinted glass. The engine is very clean and shines with over $1100 in stainless steel hardware. The gray tweed interior is nicely detailed. A full list of the components used to build this car are available upon request. There is a small bubble in the paint on the back and small crack in the paint on the driver’s door. Overall, this is a very showy car.
As a bonus, a custom built miniature chopper, called “Dreamcycle” is included in the sale. This mini-bike has 175cc Honda motor, custom made frame and Harley Davidson gas tank.
Additional pictures and video are available upon request. An inspection can be arranged by appointment only. If the car needs to be shipped, we will ensure the car is available for the transporter's schedule. Reasonable offers will be considered. If you have questions or want to discuss the car, contact Randy at 612-619-2252.
I do marketing consignments for customers who don't have time to set up ads for their vehicle or don't use the internet. I charge a flat fee up front and do not collect any consignment fees when the vehicle sells. I am not a dealer. The vehicle remains in the owner's possession. I handle inquiries. When the potential buyer becomes serious, I put them in touch with the owner who can answer specific questions about the vehicle.
