This 1972 Chevrolet Nova is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 72 Nova was not initially known for being a street beast packing huge power but all of that has slowly changed over the years. The Nova has become a very popular blank canvas for hot rodders with many being turned into complete and absolute asphalt pounders. This 72 Nova is a great example of just such build. Under the cowl hood lies a 454 CI big block that looks as good as it sounds. With the internals being all forged GM parts this thing is built to last. The comp cam gives it a very healthy lope while keeping the power strong at the mid range RPM. The aluminum intake coupled with a set of 049 Heads its make sense why this monster makes so much power. With wanting the ability to actually cruise down the highway a beefed up 700r4 transfers the power to a 12 bolt posi unit. With strange axles and 3.08 gears this 12 bolt is not only bullet proof but geared perfectly as well. With that rear end couple to a 4 link set up this Nova is built as good as they come. The paint on this beauty is show car slick with the red being a custom blend while the black stripes making it look that much redder. The interior doesn't disappoint either with everything being brand new from the headliner to the carpet. The custom center console with the modified LOKAR shifter is an awesome touch while the dash has been fitted with gauges that put a great finishing touch on this one of a kind street/strip/show NOVA.
