- Paint Job is 11 years old. The guy I got this car from let it sit for several years (in California) and the paint has remarkably stayed in good shape. There are a couple discreet butternut fellow primer spots where I have had the pillars at the base of back windows redone as well as the seams by the back bumper. Common issues for these cars. This car car exceptionally clean of rust and that whomever did the paint work on this car did it correctly and with fairly expensive materials. I have been told this by the shop who did my repair work on the body. The hood does have a 3-4 small bubbles (the diameter of a pen) where there is rust coming up. This was like this when I got the car. It is very minute and I planned to ad a cowl hood anyway then reshoot it when money provided so it didn't matter much to me.

Engine:

Cylinder Head:
- rocker studs/roller rockers
- 1.94/1.60 valve sizes

- high performance springs setup for .550 lift hydraulic cam

Valve Cover:
- Offenhauser 5417 (finned)

Camshaft:
- balanced Clifford 270 Camshaft with hydraulic lifters

Block:
- Honed at 255-260
- Rods have been re-worked to handle higher RPMs and performance

Distributer:
- HEI

Intake:
- Clifford Performance

Carburetors:
- Dual Weber 38 DGAS

Exhaust:
- Clifford shorty dual headers
- 2 two-chamber flowmaster mufflers
- 2.5" tail pipes dump out (hidden) on each side behind back tires

Fuel Pump:
- electric 4-6lb

Tires:
- 195/50r-15 82V Thunderer MACH2 BW w/ 97% tread

Wheels:
- Rare 15" Boyd Coddington "Codzilla"
(missing one center cap as someone stole it last year! grrr!)

Tranny:
- Muncie 4-spd
- 4 on the floor w/ hurst shift kit.

Rear-end:
- is 9" out of a 78 Ford Bronco that was modified to fit this car. All done by a professional shop.
- fluid levels good and clean. checked 3mo ago.
Steering:
- Manual (remanufactured steer gear box installed this year)
- Front bushing replaced when new tired out on this year as well

Issues:
- paint is prob a 7 out of 10 because of the hood.
- the Hurst shift kit may need to be adjusted or replaced- it likes to stick in first.
- driver side door thumb pin on hand needs to be replaced (under $20)
- stereo will need to be rebooked up
- cigarette lighter does not work
- dome light does not work ( may be a bulb...haven't checked yet)
