This car was purchased locally and used in a TV series called: "MAGIC CITY".
A 1959 Chevrolet Impala is one of the most beautiful cars of the 50's with no doubt.
Here we have a car that has a very strong frame with no rust, very solid underneath.
The previous owner rebuild the 350 engine, and 700R4 Transmission.
The following was done:
New water pump,
New power steering pump,
New carburetor,
New distributor,
New motor mounts,
New head gaskets,
Motor heads rebuild,
New rebuild drive shaft,
New AC compressor,
Disc brake with power booster,
ETC...
This is a good driver that needs restoration. Some, may want to drive the car as is and I will suggest to service the car, check the brakes as they are a little soft, tires should be replaced, emergency brake needs to be connected, lights work, but the turn signals do not work at this time. Nothing major, but needs restoration to really enjoy it. There is rust on some of the doors and trunk lid area. Some patching and body work will be required.
This car is on consignment and we reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. The deposit is not refundable, unless agreed with the owner of the vehicle.
Payment is due within 3 days after the auction. If you want to inspect the car, do it before the end of the auction.
