1948 Chevrolet Fleetline 

Chevy Aerosedan. Show condition body off frame restoration completed in 2006. 5 year period body off frame restoration (approximately 1000+ hours) equals a better than new condition. This restoration started with a very solid and original undercarriage. All fenders removed with new piping plus new soft seal and weatherstrip kit. All chrome & stainless either re-chromed of polished to new appearance

Stock 216 OHV 6 cyl, 3 sp standard trans. All electrical, mechanical & support systems rebuilt to factory specs using all new parts where required. Engine was balanced but retained original cubic inch dimensions. All suspension, brakes, bushings, fuel and water pumps, etc etc etc rebuilt or new. Basically every nut and bolt front to back restoration.

Show condition upholstery, panels, headliner & carpet using Hampton coach material. Minimal amount of interior refurbishment needed due to extra clean originality of car.

Sunvisor, bumperettes & bumper extensions all very rare. Full restoration pics available. New Coker radial tires. 1,600 miles since rebuild. This Chevy body style is one of the most beautiful body styles ever to come out of GM and they are getting harder and harder to find. This car only had 52,000 original miles on it before the restoration was started.
