1978 Chevrolet Corvette 

Very nice 1978 25th Anniversary L-82 4 speed Corvette. With only a little over 16,000 miles this car has been very well maintained over the years. We know for sure that it left the factory as a real L-82 equipped Corvette by its VIN, the original engine has been replaced with a GM crate engine. Even though all 46,776 1978 Corvettes had badging which identified them as 25th Anniversary Corvettes, the 15,283 with the special two tone Silver Anniversary paint are considered as true Anniversary cars. Only 3,385 1978 Corvettes were built with the very desirable 4 speed manual transmission, which was only about 7% of the total production. This car is optioned with A/C, power windows and tilt/telescopic steering wheel. The previous owner had owned the car for the last 27 years. Corvette Mike has recently serviced it and has replaced the brake calipers all around. SOLD
