This beauty started as a fully loaded C6 with the Z51 performance package, 3LT package, DVD based NAV and two tone seats with red seat belts. It sold new for $54,080. The original owner sent it out to Specter Werkes in Troy, MI when it had 3,500 miles for their Group 6 upgrade which is referred to as the Z06 Killer. The exterior was upgraded with a special hood equipped with air extractors over the engine, an aero package with a rear spoiler and wheel flares, a carbon fiber rear diffuser, an awesome set of staggered Forge Line 3 piece SP3P rims and custom satin black rally stripes. The engine, which is referred to as a Matrix II Stroker, was sent out to Lingenfelter Performance Engineering who punched it out to a 402 and built it up to 594 hp. Other upgrades include a bank to bank valve cover breather, a K&N cold air intake, a complete LS7 Z06 clutch, Stop-Tech 6 piston ST-60 front calipers, Hawk HP+ street brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, it has been lowered to European specs, it also has LG long tube headers and it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its 3” stainless steel Corsa performance exhaust system. The bill for all of these upgrades came to $36,899 bringing the total cost including purchase price to $90,979. It turned out so incredibly that Corvette Fever put it on the cover of their October 2008 issue. It doesn’t stop there. Less than 2,000 miles ago it was sent out to Total Engine Airflow in Tallmadge, OH who installed Trick Flow CNC ported LS6 heads with larger valves, a ported Fast 102mm intake, a larger throttle body, a 114 LSA cam, forged pistons, all new bearings and all new line rings. These upgrades cost an additional $10,000 and are estimated to have added another 75 hp bringing the horse power up 669. This beauty has just 29,663 miles, has fresh rubber, was just serviced and is in perfect condition. We have priced this car aggressively so if you could see this Z06 Killer sitting your driveway you better pick up the phone before its too late!
