This classic was completely restored as a survivor/driver.
Meant to be driven and enjoyed, and that was the reasoning behind
the restoration.
This is Not a frame off resto, however, it can be done if looking to
make this thing show quality, which is left up to the new
owners discretion.
Although, it is Not a frame off, we spared no expense paying
attention to detail with this car.
MANY New parts have been added or replaced for the old to the
new (have kept every single receipt for every single purchase)
This Car comes with the following, however, theres almost too
much added to name it all...
* This is a TRUE SS - All Matching #s (no panels have been
wrecked or replaced)
*Built in Van Nuys, CA.*
* Original 283 - V8 with a Muncie 4-Speed Manual Trans (very rare
to find!)
* Motor has been rebuilt/refinished and many new parts added
(kept mainly to stock specs) - except the roller rockers and
electronic ignition which have been added to upgrade.
* Has all SS Chrome Trim (Mostly all New!)
* (4) New Coker Red Line Tires
* New Front Shocks and New Big Block Coil Springs
* New Rear Coil Springs (stock height)
* New Fuel Sending Unit w/ New Fuel Line
* Restored/Refinished Vintage Mags (American style) Wheels in
Black
* Black Exterior Paint Job with Red Interior
* The Black paint job had been recently done.
* New Headliner and Visors have been recovered
* New Retro Style Chevy AM/FM Stereo w/ iPod hook-up and
New Retro style Kenwood Speaker in Dash
* New Tachometer and Multi-gauge
* New Power Disc Brakes in Front and Drums in the Rear
* Power Steering Added - All Brand New
* New Flame Thrower/Ignitor Electronic Ignition
* New Distributor, Spark Plugs and Spark Plug Wires
* New Battery
* New Rear Window (Glass w/ built in Smoke Tint)
* New Foot Pedals
* New Front and Rear Seat-belts
* New Door Sill Plates
* New Emblems on Car (except the SS emblems on the rear which
are Originals)
* New Wiring, and New Bulbs - All throughout the Car
* Has Heat but No Air hooked up.
* Lots of Original and/or Vintage parts still left on the vehicle!
There are many new add-ons to this car - however it was kept to
Original status, meaning this car was Not modified nor hot
rodded out.
Nothing has been modified or butchered on this. This is a true
collectors car and a real head turner. Every time it is taken out, It
gets complements left and right!
CONDITION:
Car is Fully Functional - Runs like a dream!
All Lights work: Turning Lights, Headlights, High-beams, Inside
doom and headliner, etc. (all bulbs and most wiring replaced)
Engine had been fully restored/rebuilt and many new parts were
added - Runs Great... SEE VIDEO Above.
Car is Rust Free - This is not a frame off, so the frame is still in the
original state/condition which has some light surface
rust/discoloration. However, Not damaged nor rotted.
Has ALL original panels which have Never been wrecked or replaced.
Top half of the care had been recently repainted its Original Black.
Black Paint at bottom portion had been painted some time ago,
however is still nice, may show minor imperfections if closely
inspected (Very Minor at best).
Seats are all original, just one minor fix/repair to the driver side red
vinyl and a few spots on some of the seats in a few areas.
Otherwise, looks great and everything else is in Great shape!
Brand New Carpet and Headliner/Visors were added.
LOTS of salvageable Vintage parts kept and still used on the vehicle.
This was meant as a driver vehicle, not for show quality or
expectation. Meant to be enjoyed.
