Body:
The body on this stunning Chevelle true Super Sport had a complete frame off restoration everything is new. It retains most of its original sheet metal and restoration included all new old stock sheet metal where required. It is arrow straight and has a stunning paint job by “Award Winning” body builder and painter Scott Driy, in Torch Red with Black center stripe on the hood, base coat clear coat was used. The underneath of this body is painted in semi-gloss black and the finish is just as nice as the exterior of the car. The finish on this paint is without a doubt show worthy. All of the chrome pieces and stainless trim are new. as is all the bumpers. Chrome Coy wheels are on all 4 corners with 18” x 10” Kumo tires¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬ (255/55/R18) on the rear with and 18” x 8” Kumo (255/55/R18) tires on the front.
Interior:
The black interior was restored to original specs, including all new material, bucket seats with fresh seat covers, black carpets, tinted windows and a new black dash pad. The dash is home to a full set of auto-meter gauges. This interior is also equipped with a stock radio, power steering and power brakes.
Drive Train:
Under the hood of this Chevelle is a spectacular engine compartment that is home to a 454 High Performance Big Block, 468 cubic inch (450 hp) built by “St. Louis Premier Engine Builder” Matt Johnson with forged steel Crank open chamber heads with Cowl induction hood, TRW Pistons, Edelbrock 800 CFM Thunder AVS performance carburetor, Flomaster dual exhaust with stainless steel tips, Crane Double Roller timing chain, Turbo 400 Built transmission and 2200-2500 Stall Converter.
Suspension:
All springs, shocks, disk brakes and stainless steel brake lines are new. The rear end is a 373 12 Bolt Posi rear end with clips and balance drive shaft.
