1985 Chevrolet Camaro V6 Manual w/ 82,589 Miles
The 3rd generation Camaro was introduced by Chevrolet in 1982 and continued through 1992. This was the first generation to offer fuel injection, 16” rims, a hatchback and in 1983 a 5 speed manual transmission. In 1984 it received a new dash board with smaller controls that were of higher quality and it received a hydraulic clutch linkage. Changes for 1985 included a revised front nose and the speedometer was upgraded with a conventional single pointer needle that went up to 85 mph. This particular example is a 1 owner car with 82,589 original miles. In fact, it was sold right across the street from our shop at the Chevy dealer (that is now called Sterling Chevrolet) to the current owner on July 17th, 1985. With the exception of the tires, battery and exhaust this car is 100% original. It was optioned with the following factory options: White paint, Red custom cloth with bucket seats, the 2.8L V6, a 5 speed manual transmission, tinted glass, floor mats, an AM/FM stereo, body side moldings, air conditioning (needs recharged), an interior roof console, sport mirrors, a rear spoiler, sport suspension, tilt steering, a heavy duty battery, the gauge package with tachometer and rally rims with 205/70R14 tires. This one owner beauty has been pampered since day 1 and is in well above average condition. If you like what you see then you better not wait to call us because this one is sure to move quickly!
