Check out the website that I built for this car: http://drmeff.wix.com/1968camaro (there are many pictures and videos there for you to check out!)
Up for sale is my 1968 Camaro. It is a restomod badged as an SS but was born as an RS. The body is laser straight with absolutely no rust. The underside is equally clean and mechanically sound. The car has a great running 383 stroker engine and has just undergone a $5,000 transmission swap to a Tremec TKO-600. This is one of the best upgrades that can be done to these old cars as it gives you all the fun of a manual with the solid performance, and most importantly overdrive, that comes with a modern transmission. The interior is one of a kind and always gets compliments at car shows. The seats are from a 4th gen Camaro and are covered in grey and black leather with embedded Chevy emblems. The door panels and back seats have matching leather and the door panels are Al Knoch pieces which are extremely high quality. The car has all Auto-Meter gauges and has a Grant steering wheel. The car starts on the first crank and runs extremely smooth with a very “muscle car” sound. With power steering and brakes, along with the Tremec transmission the car handles and shifts like a new car. It has power to spare, this is not one of those “all bark, no bite” classic cars. Good luck driving more than a couple miles through town without getting a thumbs-up! The mechanical details are listed below; feel free to contact me with any questions.
