1969 c10 Chevy Pro touring show truck. This truck has just finished an amazing 7 month nut and bolt restoration, that has turned out simply amazing! This beautiful show winner includes a period correct 454 Corvette motor with Lunati gear drive, Competition mild Cam, complete MSD ignition system, Hooker long tube headers with custom 3 inch Flowmaster exhaust, and side flow design chrome flat tips. Demon 850 cfm mechanical secondary carb, C notched rear frame with Hotchkis rear coil over race suspension, shortened (4 inches overall) ford 9 inch rear end with 3:73 gearing, disk brake conversion front and rear, 5-7" static drop, with a very mean stance,sitting on new 22x9 front / 22x11 rear, wheels wrapped in new Nitto tires, and a Hughes Performance 1500 stall converter connected to the fully rebuilt Turbo Hydromatic TH400 automatic transmission. The frame has been stripped and professionally repainted gloss black, under cab area has received the same attention as the body of the truck as well. The underchassis on this truck is extremely clean and nicely done.
This truck needs nothing, no screw left unturned or expense spared. Everything restored or replaced, from body bushings, suspension front and rear, wheels, tires, complete custom new interior including - CPP steering column and shaft, custom wrapped steering wheel, dash pad, gauge cluster, billet shifter, and handles, custom hand made carpet with factory correct looping, original seat custom reupholstered, custom full length door and kick panels, and complete dynomate inside of the cab of the truck for sound proofing. The motor components and surrounding areas have also received extensive attention including - , nuts, bolts, seals,wiring, paint, gaskets, complete rebuild, new pans, booster, lines, dual electronic cooling fans, custom air cleaner, ignition, wires, distributor, the list goes on.......the motor runs exceptionally strong and cool, with no leaks. The truck went through extensive body work to shave doors, fenders, crowl, and bed areas. The body work on this truck was done with great attention to detail, and it shows with the trucks laser straight body, clean lines, and near perfect gaping. After bodywork was complete, the truck was painted a beautiful PPG GM Titanium Graystone Metallic, which was then cut and buffed to perfection to produce an amazing show quality shine. This truck started out as a completely rust free Arizona truck, where it still resides today. This truck has never seen surface rust in its 46 years in existence. I've personally never worked with such a clean truck from day one. Extremely solid beautiful truck that can be enjoyed now, daily driven, or ready to win best of show at your next local car show.
