1970 Chevrolet C10 Shortbed Pickup 2WD

Please take a look at this solid southern truck for sale.
This is a truck between 2 friends with a long history of good care etc. Prior owner had it for over 30 years up to the point of this current owner.

EXTERIOR: Green with white painted roof as original. All sheetmetal is present and mostly rust-free. There is surface rust that has just started on the left bedside that has been touched up. Otherwise the Bed, Cab Corners and rockers are all solid on this southern truck. Aftermarket wheels are not original but add a sporty quality and good ride and handling to this short wheelbase.
Glass is good and undamaged.
All stainless trim is present. Front & Rear Chrome Bumper(s) are new & otherwise undamaged. All brightwork looks as it should.
All exterior lamps work correctly. Brake Lights and Turn Signals all fine.

INTERIOR: Black Bench Seat interior is in good shape for its age. There is minor wear evident along the left side that will vinyl repair if desired.
Original Rubber floor mat is in good shape. Black dash pad is intact.
An Aftermarket AM/FM/CD player is installed and works fine.
No unusual odors etc. Tilt Steering Column and custom wood steering wheel have been added to compliment interior.
Add-on accessory gauges and original instrumentation work as they should.
Door interior metal panels are all original and have minor surface rust evident consistent with age (typical for this vintage).

MECHANICAL: 400 Small block Chevy has been bored 030 over so it is more like a 406. No mechanical issues. No leaks. No unusual sounds or smoke. Factory 4 Speed transmission shifts thru all detents as it should with no problem. New Clutch & Pressure Plate.
Brakes have been upgraded to disc brakes.
Vintage Air has been professionally installed and blows cold.
Exhaust is new with no issues.
Truck runs and drives great.

Solid examples of these are increasingly harder to find as mostly original.
Of course LMC Truck offers just about anything ever made for them should the new owner elect to upgrade any aspect to their liking.
