1949 Chevrolet 3100 4 Window for sale. Here is your chance to own a very nice 1949 Chevy truck! This truck looks runs and drives good!

In 1947 GM introduced the Advance Design series of trucks which they sold through the 55 model year. It was GM's first major redesign post World War II and was billed as a bigger, stronger and sleeker design. Apart from some functional changes to the 49s, the 48-49 Chevrolet trucks were nearly identical to the 47s. Since the frame-mounted fuel tank interfered with certain body types Chevrolet moved it inside the cab on pickups and they also added X-bracing to the radiator support frame, reinforced the bottom of the radiator and added cross braces to the hood in 1949.
