This 1955 Chevrolet was a former show car. There is much detail that went into the assembly. Features 350 engine, 10.5:1 compression, angle plug heads, 2X4 carbs, solid lifter cam, Muncie 4 speed, and 308 posi rear. The undercarriage is as clean as the rest of the car. Complete chrome rear axle, lower control arms, and steering linkage. Standard steering and drum brakes. Classic parts include early SUN tachometer, Hurst shifter, Delco Yellow Cap Battery, AM/FM Wonder Bar Radio, Tinted front windshield, original 6.70 X15 Spare Tire, Jack and trunk mat. Interior has all working gauges, including speedometer, water temperature, fuel gauge, and clock (quartz). Seats are blue and white custom patterned after Delray design. Original Delray waffle pattern inserts were preserved in the door panels. Exterior paint is Lucerne Blue metallic. Exterior also features working T-3 headlights, working reverse lights, original grill, Delray side chrome and dual exhaust with factory stainless tips. Same owner over 40 years. Extras include heavy canvas car cover with felt lining, stock front bumper and owners manual.
